Ashley is a very focussed and driven young man and that’s what makes him such a great asset to his employers and his craft. He is extremely conscientious – finishing his TAFE qualification a year earlier than the majority of apprentices. His leadership qualities are not only evident at work, but in his spare time where he coaches and plays in various sporting teams.
A two year stint working as a farmhand was the catalyst for Mark’s "strong interest in animal health". His traineeship in Veterinary Nursing has won him many accolades. Namely, the "2009 Hunter Institute Primary Industry and Mining - Andy Laming Memorial Award" for being the most outstanding student in his Faculty. Mark’s obvious aptitude for his field together with a "deep appreciation for medicine" has led to him commencing his degree in Health Sciences – Paramedics with aspirations of becoming an Advanced Care Paramedic for the Royal Flying Doctor Service.
